Melt Down Mondays: FUSION (Dance Aerobics) 5:30 PM


Tough Tuesdays: Body Blaster ( Floor Exercise and Strength Training ) 5:30 PM


Washboard Wednesdays: Ab Ripper ( Total Core Training) 1:00 PM


Thirsty Thursdays: Zumba ( Salsa, Latin High Impact Dance Aerobics) 5:30 PM


Feel Good Fridays: NO CLASS! ( Relax the Mind, Body and Muscles)


Sexy Saturdays: Sixpack, Strength & Step ( Cardio, Strength, Floor and Step Aerobics) 1:00 PM


Sultry Sundays: NO CLASS ( Church and Rewind for Monday)



All classes are a duration of 45-minutes except for Wednesday classes, they are 30-minutes of pure core muscles training only.


Classes are a nominal fee of $5.00 per class or you may purchase a membership for unlimited access and class participation in the studio. No contracts! New Schedule begins February 1st.

Private Pole Fitness Sessions

We cover Basic, Intermediate, Advance and Super Advanced moves, Including Spin Techniques, Tricks, Floor Work, Climbing and Inverting Routines----There is
ABSOLUTELY NO STRIPPING !!!

Each Lesson Consist of:
Warm up
MSE (Muscle, Strengthening Endurance)
Proper way to grip and handle the Pole
Basic and Standard lessons
Warm Down and Choregraphed Pole Routines

Conducted in a Fitness Studio
Balancing Beautiful Bodies Fitness Studio for Women Only!

Who Can Do It?
Women of ALL ages, nationalities, fitness levels,shapes and sizes

Prices:
Our private classes are 60 minutes. The cost is $35 per session. We offer private sessions to you at your leisure. Pick a time and date for your Pole Fitness sessions and we will work to accommodate your schedule.

What to wear:
Less is best, however, we want you to be comfortable and confident in your attire, so make sure that whatever you choose to wear you are confident and very comfortable. If you decide to wear a long sleeve top and long pants covering your legs and arms you will not be able to successfully do some of the pole moves. Bare arms and bare legs are very important when using a pole for tricks and dance movements. Shoes are not that important, you can either be bare feet or you may wear gym shoes. We do not recommend anyone dancing on the pole with heels on unless they are a trained professional. Also, make sure that your skin is not covered with oils and lotion because it could be transferred to the pole causing it to become very slippery and dangerous for the other participants as well as yourself. Your grip will be secure and good with a clean and dry hand. Your skin is suppose to clinch to the pole and give you that sturdy grip while doing dance moves and inversions.

Weight Loss Success Story

Michelle has been a client at BbB since October of 08". When Michelle came to BbB she weighed 265 lbs,talk about a surreal moment, Michelle lost 65 lbs from October to February. She entered herself in the "Female Biggest Loser" competiton and lost another whopping 22lbs. Michelle has continued to stay on her exercise regime and has since lost another 16 lbs. Total weight lost by Michelle is 103 lbs. Wow! Michelle changed her eating habits all while incorporating exercising into her daily routine. She works out 5 to 6 times a week all while still doing some walking and strenght training. Now this is what you call Discipline, Determination and Dedication. Way to go Michelle, we are all extremely proud of you and very blessed to have such a wonderful and dedicated client. You are amazing! Keep up the good work. We all know that it's not easy, however at the same time this is something that you were passionate about and you have reached your goal by sticking to your your guns, listening to your doctor, changing your eating habits and working out with me and all of the other young ladies at the studio. We love ya! Continue to strive for the best and you shall receive nothing but the BEST. Biggest Female Loser "WINNER"

CONGRATULATIONS TO NANCY ALEXANDER
Nancy lost 28lbs 14 inches and 17% body fat by participating in the Annual Biggest Female Loser contest at Balancing Beautiful Bodies. In addition,Nancy also received a $500.00 check from BbBs as her prize for losing the greater amount of weight in our 2009 contest.
