Weight Training- Buns & AbToners - Tuesday 1pm Tough Tuesdays (Boot Camp) 5:30 pm
(Floor Exercises)
Step Aerobics- Wednesday 6pm

Zumba - Thursday 1:00 pm & 5:30 pm
No classes on Friday!
Strength Training & Six Pack Saturdays 1pm

Cardio Center open 6-days a week 10:00 am - 7pm for Equipment usage.
Monday - Saturday

Note: All participants are asked to bring their own personal dumbells for
Tuesday & Saturday 1pm classes
